Default Active Exhaust Systems for Cobras?

I understand there is a local company in Monterey, Ca. installing their new active exhaust systems on an ERA GT40, and a similar active exhaust setup will be available for Cobras/Corvettes shortly. From what I've heard, the exhaust system has been engineered to lower output sound from the side pipes by 3-4db. Additionally, horsepower is increased (not lost) with these systems! Sounds good to me, since it'd be nice to cruise without a set of ear plugs!!

I haven't any specs yet, but hear that there is a video/sound clip about to be posted.

Anyone hear or see any info on this? I'd like to hear more and see who has what, where, etc.

George

My pipes must already be active.

When I start up the car, people get real active.
