Need some Spring Rate advice New Owner

I'm about to order a front end kit from Speedway "

Mustang II Coilover IFS w/ Tubular Control Arms - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop

I am just not sure about the proper spring rate to call out. The car is an EM
with a 460 and C6. The old parts were trash

Car both front and rear were just way to high " I hate the look
so I am also going to get the 2" drop spindles.

First Cobra so feel free to chome in with whatever.
