Default Shipping a Car Back East
Hello,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a car transport company. Shipping from CA to NY, this is for a regular low dollar car, open side transport would be fine. Just trying to find the cheapest way out there.

"Diesel Auto Express" 360-723-5341.
They hauled my W-8 from LI to Seattle. Buyer paid but I think it was $900 or so. Large open hauler like the ones new car dealers use.
The driver and assistant were meticulous-they inspect the car before loading and make detailed notes of every mark on it onto a checklist diagram. Car arrived 6 days later in perfect, unmolested condition.
Buyer was very pleased.

Thomas C. Sunday Inc auto transport. They are home-based out east. I know one of their drivers...Tom B. (he has a great truck) he is a Cobra owner.

Check around and also ask about different dates if you have flexibility. I cannot remember which is which, but in certain seasons it is cheaper to go East to West and other times it is West to East.
