CWI clearout
Hi all. I have been out of the rear end business for a couple of years now. Firstly I hope all of the customers that required our services during our many years in business are happy with the components and assistance they received. That was always a top priority and hopefully we pulled it off.
Secondly, I do still have some components left on the shelves and want to clear these items out.
I have XJ6 rear suspensions 2.88 non posi. Used and as is but no junk, they are cheap but shipping won't be. You need to arrange shipping or pick up on these, I'm in Washington state.
Many used gear sets on the shelf, even some odd ones like 454, many carriers. and other rear end parts. Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I just wanted to say hi to all of the many customers I have spoken to over the years let them know I have some stuff to clear that may help there projects along. Questions call me at 360 749 6372
Thanks
Mike Bontoft formerly CWI

Great to hear from you Mike and sorry you're gone.
The HD parts you built into my Jag dif have been bulletproof. Same with the ventilated rotors and modified calipers.
By any chance, do you have another set of rotors (Cosworth I think) on the shelf??
Failing that, can you provide another source for those rotors with hats?

Mike,
What Chas said
Please put me second in line behind him if you have a second set of ventilated rear rotors. Mine have seen 29K miles including bunches of laps on various race tracks, including Sebring, the Rolex 24 hour course at Daytona Beach and many others. No problems, just the expected wear and tear.
Hope you're having fun at what you're into now!
Tom

Hi Chas and Tom
Thank you guys for all the kind words on this forum in the past.
If your rotors have 10 bolts around the perimeter of the hat it is a special we put together. E-mail me at michael.bontoft@gmail.com and I will take you through what we did.
Cheers
Mike

Mike,
Do you have any stub axles and 31 spline spider gears for a Jag/Kirkham differential?

Hi Bob
Its been a while, does that unit use the original style 2 piece cobra stub axle where the splined axle is double ended and plugs into the flange? Like the very early XKE,
Over the years I have made just about all the different stub variations in 30 spline and have the drawings for all of them. In low quantity (2) they are way expensive but still doable. 31 spline was only used on the ford 9". Jags were 19 stock with a 30 conversion. Email me.

You wouldn't happen to have any leftover rear tubeular lower control arms lying around?? or maybe rear wilwood brake package?
Doubt it, but it can't hurt to ask...

I do have a couple of Wilwood brake brackets left, Bolts right on early diff (S1-S2 XKE), requires stub axle bearing housing machining on XJ6 rears.
e-mail me. Will check on lowers but does not look good.
Quality, beefy tubular lower arms is always something I wanted to manufacture, toe adjustment is a must and they would look great when you peer under the rear. I have some on the independent on my 67 Camaro, I will post some pics if you want . I just could never get an agreement on lengths, they would be all over the place (streetrods being a larger part of the business at the time). If I could get enough interest it might be something I would entertain. Only XKE S1 width. Again e-mail me who's interested.

Enjoying a little more freedom these days. Don't mind taking on the odd project though.
