Default Check out my New QF 750 SS Carb

It actually works as good as it looks " I spent 10 minutes
in A/F adjustments and it was done. First time I bought a QF and
glad I did. I was going to buy the HR version but for the price is so close
the SS seemed to be the way to go. And of course since we all need
$100.00 + fuel lines I bought those as well.

It's just cool looking so I thought I would share for those possibly shopping

Very nice. QF's are on my shopping list, as soon as I find the money...

Purchased a Q series 750 with road race floats 2 years ago. Very pleased with it for street use and autocrossing.

I recently got the 650-SS with annular boosters for my 392W. Difference in off-idle response from the equivalent Holley was amazing. Simply having clear sight windows on each side of the bowl would have been enough for me to make the switch. These are great carbs.

I was just going to post my recent addition. A Q series 750 for my 427w. I tuned it yesterday and it was almost perfect out of the box. I lowered the secondary jet from 84 to 80 and the pv from 4.5 to 6.5. It runs a solid 13" of vacuum at idle and the throttle response is so much better than the Holley 750HP it replaced. The fuel bowl level should be in the middle. You may find that a little higher is better than lower. This should help:
