Okay, I hate to be a pest. Ever since I joined CC I have wondered why I have a limit of 5 pics that I can post at one time, and why they only show in that little format that groups them together in a row.
Meanwhile, a lot of other posters can attach what seems an unlimited number of pics which are also high resolution.
Obviously I am missing something, but the FAQ section here was not helpful.
Can anyone share the secret?:roll eyes:

no secret, where were your pics that you posted? were they in your gallery or some where else on the "net",

in the gallery you have a choice of the link your using, small thumbs, medium...etc, if you choose the small thumb i believe that is where you get the multi small frame thumbs(not 100% as i never used that option)

if the pics are elsewhere on the net you can use the copy image location to post.

photobucket has links to use also, it just depends on the original placement of the photo. experiment using the preview when you post.......to see what works best, i generally use the insert image box at the top of the posting window to insert links of images, its quicker....

I had no problem over in the test area inserting 6 pictures into a post using the Insert link at the bottom of the smileys on the right hand side of the post window and then when I got to my gallery I chose original only which is at the bottom of the drop down list.

EDIT: I forgot to add that this only works for pictures that you have in your gallery on this site. But you don't have to close the post and go back and forth as your gallery pops up in a small window and you just click the pictures that you want to put in the post and that puts the link in the post. If you are getting pictures from Photo Bucket or some other storage place, and have tabbed browsing then just add that place to a tab and jump back and forth.
