Searching for previous car owner from Spokane WA area

Hi all

I’m trying to get in contact with one of the previous owners of my car.

Does any one of you know a Gary which owned a white 289 (+/- 10 years ago) in the region of Spokane WA.
(I’ve a name which I don’t want to add on the internet. But did not get any feedback on my letter sent some months ago)
