Default Ferrari Daytona Spyder Replica

Hi all. A friend is selling a Ferrari Daytona Spyder replica. It's a great looking car.
Please see the attached.

Cheers
Greg

Being built on a 1979 chassis, how does the car avert CA emissions testing? Looks like a really nice car.

It might be in a county that requires no smog now - but I dont think that would hold if you moved it to another county. - unless I am missing something.

I think you and your buddy should get together and replicate the cross-country race in The Gumball Rally. Pun intended.

Always loved these, some are great and others not so great from fit and finish standpoint.

Agreed. It's going to be held to the smog standards for the 79 Corvette chassis it's built on and that motor in stock form was a total pig.

Click on the second picture with verbiage. Rebuilt 350with heads... Appears to be registered in CA with no smog requirement. How much is he asking?

It has an SB-100. I've seen the sticker. He is asking $18,500.

He has some people lined up to look at it. While I was with him this morning at the Donut Derelicts Saturaday morning car show, he received a call from another potential buyer who made an appointment to see it.

But call Chuck. It is still availabel as of this hour.
