I agree. Long lost CSX for sure. Yep,definitely.
Maybe Bill could check my car as Patrick has me second guessing if I even have a CSX now.
Bill can I send you some frame pics? This whole thread has got me worried. Jeez what if? I'd have to change my user name and everything. How embarrassing.
Oey vey.

Just swap him Evan, and you will sleep better at night not worrying so much

Sorry, but that's sometimes how it is here. Your are in the best place to be but be ready for guys that actually care about your car and can actually be a little rough at times (present and accounted for!), BUT listen to some of them. SOME of them

And just another reason why I find this forum so much fun to read! However, nice Cobra.......... And welcome to the madness.

Evan,
This is odd. I always thought that CSX4000 series cars had 4 inch ROUND tube frames, but apparently I was wrong.
Do you have frame pictures you could send to Bill for clarification?
An official Shelby publication clearly states that CSX4000 series cars have 4 inch SQUARE tube frames.
This is clearly too early to be one of ComputerWorks' April Fools jokes.
Someone should notify Wally Wyss, he may need to correct some of his paintings.

Evan,
I was in Warren on Friday around lunch, figured you were in the office so I did not PM you. Really want to take a look at your GT as I have not seen it up close and in person, but the shots your son took makes me want to.

1ntCobra: You mean my ERA was really a CSX and my CSX is really an ERA????
Oh, God what a mess. I now have to think of another user name. How about "UNREAL". : (
Bill: Any time you want to stop by just let me know. Always welcome.
I will even take you for a ride weather permitting.

The last two pictures don't look like a Unique to me. Jwilgie, one of your earlier shots had part of a blue assigned serial number showing. Does that number match the one on the Shelby tag? It should also show the state that issued it.

I find it kind of strange that after almost 7 full pages on this car, not one of our in-house experts can figure out what the heck it is.

There has not been good enough pictures yet. None posted of exactly what was asked for. Close but no cigar.

The only thing so far that looks like a NAF are the hood hinges and trans mount the rest of the frame and suspension not so much......

Like I said before, all the Celebs are coming out for this party. Now a JAMO sighting! Who are we still missing?

All 3 of them are Kirkhams. I suspect that Ron knows at least 2 of their serial numbers.
