oil dilution

Thanks for the responses, some interesting comments here, but I would expect nothing less from this group !!
Oil level is normal, can't be sure of the smell. I'm going to warm it up & change it. I,m running larger than normal big end side clearances, so that is probably where some of the oil pressure is going, and no oil restrictors to the rockers. Just changed out the jetting as per jim inglese, so will have some tuning to do.

May I ask, is the jetting change supposed to cure the boil over?

My webers boil over all the time in hot weather. Of course, I am only talking about a couple of milliliters of fuel. I was nervous like yourself if it was diluting the lube oil, so I took a borescope and watched it puddle on a closed intake valve or dribble onto a piston. In either case the puddle had evaporated after 30 minutes of sitting in those hot places.
