Jamo: Read the Registry at page 30. You may be surprised to know that Kirkhams...
Oh, never mind.

"Hey man, is it an original or is it a kit, and what year is it?"
My answer: "NEITHER, IT IS A 2008 SUPERFORMANCE MKIII BUILT IN SOUTH AFRICA." At which the curious inquirer scratched his head and said or asked no more and walked away.
Plain and simple truth works best always.

And the "civilian" smiles and stares not knowing what a Suprerformance MKIII built in S. Africa is. Talk about confusing!!!

Not in that over rated "Registry" thing any more at least. Learned my lesson right here on the largest "non biased" Cobra site. Yes sir! What does SAAC know anyway? They clearly are at fault here for perpetuating all this confusion for all those "civilians". Poor bastards.

You don't know how right you are...
You will soon be in the market again, and my magic-8-ball sees a K-car in your future.
Unfortunately you'll have to answer "No" to the question that shall never again be asked on this forum, but something tells me, unlike some others, you won't have a problem with that
You show none of the signs of insecurity that others may. I say, more power to You!

What chances this Real vs other thing?
Let just all agree to disagree, provided we all agree that mine's bigger and better than... Oh never mind.
Anyone for more popcorn?

In past, I've been asked by more than one 'sophisticated car guy' "Say, what year Corvette is that?"
My answer was always 3000 on the clock and two large, acrid smears of BB.
That learned 'em.

Boy, I need to hurry and meet some of you in person. I bet (hope) you guys are not half as bad as this thread presents. I'm confused because with the exception of a very few, it seems like a lot of y'all's comments are self contradictory, and inconsistent. Maybe I am reading too much into this, and like a good novice, caring too much. Maybe alcohol is involved
Peace,
Tuto

Gee, I hope your not referring to my previous post as confusing you. If so, I apologize as apparently my sarcasm didn't come through. I'll work on that.

Not THAT bad in real life but we are for the most part, a bunch of type A personalities! Pretty much can't argue with that one!

Again, you misconstrue my meaning. Lol
As to what I have said since 2002 I had it right then and still do according to SAAC. So who is really the slow study?

Your interpretation of the "Component Car" (SAI's and CS's own wording) you own, as documented by SAAC seems to be what is called in to question in regards to the "slow study" comment.
