They look awesome, do you recommend metal valve stems or rubber, does it even matter, and do you sell valve stems?

Hi Fordracing65
On these wheels we recommend steel valves as the valve position is set back from the outer lip - they look great - we have those part # sv01 .
On wheels where the valve is mounted in the outer lip then rubber valves are better as they will flex if they take a knock .

They look better than original,, Top Notch. Makes me want to buy a set, and I don't have anything to put them on.

Vintage Wheels
Hi Guys
I got my set of wheels from Bob a few days ago and put them on yesterday. I'm sure this is what the wheels looked like when Tom Payne took delivery of the car in 1965. I think they turned out great and they look just like the original Magnesium Wheels that I had on the car. I wanted to post some pictures. The only camera that I had was this iPhone. I took these this morning.
I will post some before and after pictures in the next day or two

Those look great on your car, but bicycle tires would look good on your CSX...

I think the safety wire is going the right way, but if its not, it was 105 degrees when I put the wheels on, so my brain was cooked! Lol

Great look Bob, especially if the car is Red or Black and maybe even white.

Here is a side by side picture of the old and new wheels
The new tires look bigger because they were at 38 psi and the old tires didn't have any tread left
I have never cleaned the old wheels (4 years)
If I took some dirt and grease/ oil/brake dust and put that on the new wheels, they would like identical.
