Default Are stock cam specs a myth or do they really exist?

I have been spinning in circles for a month trying to find out the answer to this cam spec question. Ready?, My 1995 5.0 HO. has been turned into carburetor system, has original block, Heads, Cam, Rockers, all stock. Is there someone on this earth that can tell me or show me the CAM Card specs I should use to have this run halfway decent. please help!

If you plug in the numbers, that shows the cam timing is about 2 degrees retarded. I'm sure Ford did that for emissions. I'd give that thing some advance and get some snap out of it. A 115.5° LSA is way up there anyway....
