Unidentified Roadster for Sale in Quebec

Here's part of the response I got from the seller:

• I am unable to find out which kit model it is. It was built in 1984 and purchased from a car specialty shop called Jack & Cyclone Home - Jack Cyclone - AUTO123.COM - , new cars, used vehicle, regional dealer for Shawinigan, Québec
• Front end is Mustang II. Top Loader transmission 4 speeds. KYB Suspension. ENKI wheels. Alarm system.

Anybody have an idea who the maker was? Pigeon?

I'm not sure what it is, but it doesn't look like any of the Pigeon Performance Cobras I've seen before. Did you try sending the seller a question?

See OP - even the guy selling it doesn't know its origins, other than it was purchased from "Jack & Cyclone", also in Quebec. Mystery car, but I suspect it has origins from one of the Canadian manufacturers.

Odd, it has a square lip around the interior area, top mounted swing pedals (look Jaguar) Volkswagen reservoir and a Volkswagen door handle system, no rear fender lip, the door area not quite right. Who used those???
