Update from finish line
i had to go in for now and disable almost everything as we are in the 2200's of processing orders and they go up through 3400. There is no way for us to know which items will and won't be out until we get there so please hold up so we can process what we have (good problem i know) and then we will update a total count especially when a couple big items are still coming) and by then process and/or refund all the back orders. We have to go one at a time and complete the entire process of refunds, etc. Before we move up. Thank you again.

Paula, I'll second what's been said repeatedly. Thank you. My order is probably in the last batch left. I too don't have any problem waiting...no rush at all. Guys check your tracking numbers, I placed and ordered and when the tracking number turned up it was for an address in another country and when I looked into it the order had been delivered. I have sent finishline an email but have not had a reply yet, I suspect this is because they have been super busy.

We definitely are answering all emails about any packages that were mis-shipped or whatever. That is top priority and please call also at 954 436-9101 and Dawn will get your name and number and email it to us. It is crucial to fix any orders that we have already worked on.
Also, on the other forum there was a couple of comments and this is the response I gave so if it applies to any of you here is my answer.
Hi Guys
First time here in a few days.
Louvers - you are right - we gave your money back or cancelled until they came when we will notify you. We don't want to hold the paypal money or charge for anything ahead of time. In all the years we have never ever charged for something that didn't go out the door. Paypal is new to us and its a pain!!
Sorry for the out of stock items. We have currently lots of stock on many things but did quickly run out of others. At 50% off I am losing money on many of these items.
I also have been working 12 hour days to do the best I can for all of you. To be honest, I did have offers to buy everything but I'm trying to help all of you as I slow down.
I can sell the entire batch of the parts that are coming to someone else (and have had offers) and you can pay retail or have a small inconvenience and wait.
I am always sorry when I get an email when someone is upset -- even if I get 75 thanks in the same day. I always pay for freight both ways on anything I mess up. Half the time if you call I tell you to keep it and refund you. Besides being sorry and trying to make it right I have to learn how to keep moving.
P.S. Happy to say we never ever had a bank note from when we opened in 1996. Enzo grew slowly with our own money and hard work and now as I am slowing down it is helpful to me and he would be happy for me and hopefully helpful to the Cobra community -- well most of you anyway.
So whoever thinks it is too good to be true -- don't order. Whoever will be happy with a deal go ahead. I practically had to turn everything off though because trying to answer all the questions while we catch up is pretty overwhelming. When we do I will turn it back on with correct counts and go from there. (Also for the orders we didn't get too yet - which are many if you wish to cancel just send in your order number and I can do that for you too!!
We have never taken a dollar from anyone that didn't get their monies worth and I sure won't start now. Anyone unhappy just send your entire order back for full refund.
Also, anyone that doesn't want to reorder the louvers and raydots when they come -- no problem there either.
Best to all of you guys. Back to work to make the rest of you happy if I can.

I received my two orders on the 6th. Thank you for calling me on the 4th to confirm the items were correct. The personal touch is still there even when you are overwhelmed with orders. I received the same treatment back in 2004 when I purchased several items for my first cobra, nothing has change.

Hi Guys,
We are actually starting to catch up. I'm hopeful that by the end of this week most of the existing orders we still have will be on their way.
In the beginning of the sale we refunded all paypal orders for louvers as it seemed far away until they would come and in the last few days we've notified some that they will arrive approx. July 13 - 17 and be ready to ship and have their orders ready to go.
My daughter Dawn will probably be contacting many of you that were refunded to see if you want to be in line to receive them first and then we will open up a pre-sale for the rest of what we will have to sell. We will also have the MR 300 spun aluminum raydots at 50% too but we will somehow fix the website to show this is a pre-sale so everyone knows not to expect them until July. Since we aren't Amazon.com but just grandma, a few grandchildren, a daughter, a brother and a dog we will get it done one way or another.
We have been having a lot of fun, a lot of hard work, a lot of laughs, a lot of bonding and its been great. The feedback and the notes and the friends from all the years touching base has been amazing too. People sharing stories from years ago about Enzo have been great as well. Receiving a picture of Jake from Ralph Button made my day.
Yesterday was the first day since the sale that I actually was only here 3 hours and today I plan on doing that too just to be able to keep going with a positive attitude.
We have such a variance of customers. Friday I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a small company just as an appreciation of their relationship with us over the years. So unexpected and so nice. Yesterday we had a message on the machine from some one that said that they received the wrong hat and we better make it right. My daughter was very concerned when she gave me the message and said Mom you need to slow down and try harder. I laughed.
Listen I have had emails that I forgot stickers, switches, whatever..........great emails and everyone deserves their order to be correct. All of your dollars are good and you should get what you order and we fix it and usually do extra. I know for example on one of the orders mentioned above that a package went to the wrong guy (two guys with the same name ordered the same day) (that was fun to figure out) but I ended up fixing it and refunding someone over 70 extra in paypal for the wait.........I do try to fix things but if you get the wrong hat and leave me a message that I better fix it, here is how I will fix it. As soon as my daughter tells me the name, you will receive a refund, but I will not send another hat or anything else your way. I read a great great book last year called Rules of Civility and you would not believe how lacking we have become in the common courtesies.
If the doc cuts off the wrong leg during surgery, okay get really upset, if your 9 year old grandson gets cancer, pray to God to help it get fixed, but for the little things people don't lash out. In my mind it doesn't matter how successful you are, how much money you make, how many degrees you have.........but the little acts of kindness show your character. The words left on an answering machine of anger over a hat........well, never mind. It really is true that you catch more flies with honey!! Words that soak into my ears are whispered, not yelled. I laughed also because someone said yesterday if you think you are so powerful try bossing someone else's dog around. Well that dog would be me!!! I am at the age where I can't be pushed that much but you did amuse me some.
We do have lots of stuff left amazingly and Dawn is returning all calls and emails so if you get your package this week and we messed up in anyway, I am happy to make it right and probably give you extra goodies too. Just ask. I am sorry for some of the stuff that ran out of stock quickly.

I can only speak for myself but both you and Jackie have been great to deal with. The first order was missing a couple of things. I emailed and you had the missing items and MORE to me in two days. I think you are doing a great job. Everyone likes 50% off and most have been patient. If you want you parts yesterday I am sure they are plenty of places you can buy them at full price. Hi Everyone,
Couple updates. Louvers and Raydots are expected in the shop this week so for everyone waiting your orders will ship.
Also, we have 20 original wiper motors (not the reproduction ones) original from Lucas with the gear, ferrule and cable assembled. You can buy that for $155 which is a great price.
Not sure who was missing their oil cooler shrouds with the first order but I did get some in this weekend and probably will have more next weekend but if you order that please use a credit card, not paypal just in case I run out too quickly.
There are also a couple special Shelby and SPF vin plates in limited quantities that are up on the site.
Dawn is making meatballs but without the numbers 6, 7, 8 9 (she gets them ready in one day)
