Easiest way to take care of this would to be to contact Nick Acton (Mickmate on the forum) and let him know what you need.
Most of the parts are generally available on line. The seats can be had a number of places. I bought my seats from a FFR builder who was going a different way. Excellent seats and a very good price for never-used seats.
The guages and wiring harnesses can be had a number of places also. Summit racing, Jegs, and a number of places have them available as well as ebay and sometimes used in the classifieds here and on other forums like ffcars.com
I got my steering column from a friend who has a Kirkham and it was an easy fit up. You may contact Kirkham for the parts or possibly Roger Bollick (Exact Roadsters) for the parts.
Best to keep your eyes open and the parts and pieces pop up once in awhile.
