NAF Painted and licensed
Finally painted and licensed after 24 year build. What a blast to drive, well worth the wait.
Still a few things to do but at least I'm getting some miles on it before the snow flies.
351 Cleveland with a 3550 trans and 9" ford 3.73 gears.

Nicely done. Looks like you solved the front wheel spacing problems (they fit nicely inside the wheelwell).
Like the tan top.
Enjoy the ride!
Cheers

Glad you don't like to rush into things. Very nice looking car you've got there!Great Job.
I had my NAF for 15 years and was very impressed with the fiberglass quality. To my dismay, its gone on to that big salvage auction in the sky since it didn't fare well when I drove it into the side of a mountain in SE AZ last month. Really hated to see her go but it was time. Got my eye on a sweet ERA 289FIA that I hope to pick up this week. That will be a horse of a different color.

It's beautiful Paul, Love the red and tan (but I may be a little biased on the colors!)
I though I was bad at 13 yrs to rebuild mine, but you're in a whole different league !!!!!!!!!!!
Be careful out there !

Paul: I like that your top is lower than most. Did it come with your car, or is it custom ?

Thanks all, I am pleased with the way it's turning out.
Greg, I used 1" narrowed A arms upper and lower. It handles, drives really good. Just like a giant GoCart.
Ted, The color actually is orange toner with a little yellow added, The amount of light really affects how it looks. The top is a replacement top for an original 427, bought from Cobra Restorers with the side curtains about 12 years ago. Had to move the windshield and roll bar to get it and the side curtains to fit. Also had to modify the bows somewhat.
Karl, Sorry to hear of your misfortune with the mountain, especially after all the time and trouble to get it back going after the run thru the desert. A ERA FIA would be real fine.
I'll try and get some interior and engine shots posted.

NAF Engine, Interior.
A couple pictures of engine and interior. Just need to finish up the side and kick panels, good winter project.
