98" wheelbase

I have been trying to identify my body kit. It is sitting on a c3 corvette chassis and has a 98" wheelbase. I checked with Cobrette and Chris says it isn't one of his cars.

I have looked on the body and I have yet to find any manufacturer id or numbers. there is a Ford VIN tag on the firewall but it is not a Ford VIN.

on my last post I got some good leads but nothing has panned out. any ideas?

I believe Elegant Motors in Indiana used a C3 frame.
