Ok, I'm done.

R there you are,
so its OK for you to jump on the other threads and unload your garbage on others right?
Take some of your own advice and take a break from here! (we wouldn't be so lucky)
Some thing tells me, the I'm done part is crap!

Scott427...Bill's probably gone to sleep. I don't sleep.
I am indeed impressed! Less than a month here and a total of 36 posts and you truly made your presence known.
You might have missed my first warning to you on the other thread where I said to "cool it" and thanked you for your expected cooperation. Yup, given your posts elsewhere and this exceptional thread, I'm sure that's it...you must've missed it.
So, I'm thinking...well hell, he's a newbie, so in the holiday spirit I guess I should give you a break and just give you a warning and then spend the few free moments I have and monitor your posts every day for weeks until you get it.
Then I figured, naw...phukit.
You can try again in a year. Happy Holidays!

Terminator: Chill out, dickwad.
John: Great! See, you’re getting it!
Terminator: No problemo.

What I hated to see was him lessening the credibility of those that have some honest and serious complaints. Sometimes the only recourse you have is the court of public opinion. I didn't see where he even had a dog in the fight.

I just wanted to take a minute and personally apologize for my outburst earlier in this thread. Please don't get me wrong, I did feel something needed to be said. I could have chosen my words maybe a little better, but nothing seemed to be sinking in with advice from many senior members.
Happy Holidays to All!

What outburst? Was there an outburst? All I read was good natured discussion with a fellow Cobra enthusiast.

Actually, I had a private message conversation with Scott. We all have our way of expressing our viewpoints. I take it from that conversation that Scott has a very strong sense of right and wrong along with a strong sense of justice. Now he may be a plant for Scratchbuilder and is pitching for him, which is fine. In that need for justice (right or wrong) he takes offense at the other side and for whatever reason, felt the need to strike out at the other side in this way (anyone not rooting for Scratch).
I suspect he is a ok dude that has too much testosterone for his own good and got off on the wrong foot.

Um I have no idea who Scott is or why he jumped on my issue with Acton ripping me off with a botched chassis, control arms, bogus labor charges, and storage fees that I did not approve. Anyways Paul F, I will make the same offer to you that I made to the owner of the Daytona, you are welcome to come by my home and have a look, it really does look and is worse in person than the pictures capture...
Happy Holidays and thanks everyone for the positive and helpful PMs!
SB
PS Since I'm in the Holiday Spirit I will extend the offer to Jamo.

I just checked the CC profile for Scott427, it says: "Scott427 has not made any friends yet".
Truer words were never spoken.
I remember one of the things my late mother used to tell me: "You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar."

I have no opinion about your current issues nor do I care to form any. Good luck on your build. I'm looking forward to your build thread.

Again, I would simply suggest reviewing the Sticky Note at the top of the Consumer Watch Forum. This is a great site for constructive collaboration.
Just sayin'...

Scrathbuilder...spent more than enough time monitoring threads about your issue...and I don't appreciate your "invitation." I truly don't give a sh!t...clear enough?
We're not here to provide a resolution for what is essentially a legal claim, and enough has been reported about your concerns and an opportunity for a response.
That's it. Invest time here on other subjects if you wish to actually participate in the community...but no more updates or anything else relating to your dispute.
...and the same goes for anyone else that thinks they want to talk about it. I'm a farm boy and very comfortable with culling.
