So how do you think I have to call them?
You know, I am a little bit short fused when someone comes up with very obvious lies. I am pretty sure that when my Boss is coming back from his vacation he is capable to shut off this MK5 KITCAR project, where he invested a lot of money. He wanted to sell complete cars only, so no Kits, no FFR conversion. I came up with those kitcar ideas as I saw a market for it. I agree that we had a bad start and I made some mistakes. I believe that there are a lot of truly objective guys here in this forum and this is why I am still here.
A member 15 years on the forum (my best pal here), is just telling that he dosnt know about a FFR chassis with square tubes....oh my God...do I have really to accept any conversation from such a member again and again? Those old pictures were from our 2007 model, not available to nobody in the USA and built by us. By the way. Where I did show a chassis anyway? We didnt even make advertising from 1996-2007 but this guy and others knows more than even me about this period...incredible.
Ok, here it is:
For objective members only:
I APOLOGIZE IF MY ADD GOT A BAD INTERPRETATION BY PHOTOS WE WERE PERMITTED TO ADD WITH THE INTENTION ONLY TO SHOW HOW THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL LOOK LIKE.
I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO OFFEND SOME MENTAL CASES HERE.
I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR MENTAL CASES (sorry, i cant find an other name) WHO ARE MISLEADING OBJECTIVE MEMBERS WITH FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT PHOTOS AND SUPPOSEDLY STOLEN PHOTOS WHICH ARE OURS IN FACT (see my last reply about).
I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE THAT THIS MEGA THREAT TAKE DAYS FOR READING (sorry for laugh cramps).
I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE THAT WE ARE OFFERING A POSSIBILITY TO GET YOU AN ALUMINUM BODY.
I HOPE FOR NOT APOLOGIZING ONE DAY THAT THOSO MENTAL CASES RULE THE WORLD AND I AM LOOSING THE PATIENCE SELLING KITS TO YOU.
FINALLY, I APOLOGIZE THAT SOME OF MY EXPRESSIONS MISLEAD OUR TRULY INTENTION TO DELIVER A NEW PRODUCT, I JUST GETTING UPSET WITH INCOMPETENT REPLIES. I CAN ACCEPT ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOWS ABOUT BUT NOT FROM THOSE ....YOU KNOW. I KNOW THAT I AM NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH...SORRY. SO AGAIN...MY DEEPEST APOLOGIZE.
SO LETS BE GENTLEMEN AND START OVER.
A HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS FOR EVERYBODY

Well, he didnt know that before we published those photos in our website we went to a notary and trademarked them, this is why we had a delay to upload them to our website. Same will happen with those jerks at other forums.
Someone has to stop those retards so this forum can be objective. We used a photo from FFR as it was very nice and to show how the final product can be and we had the PERMISSION to do so...isnt it nice?
So far nobody showed up with a picture beside ours, so I am truly happy to have a proof which shows everybody what for bull****ter we have here and I didnt need to do anything. This is why I told in the early beginning... with the time is coming the truth..
So for those people who are not like those mental cases mentioned above we are offering an affordable solution to have an aluminum bodied Cobra. If there is someone who still doesnt believe in reason of those threat from those all wisdom guys with a cristal bowl, thats fine for us.
Besides our kitcar options we are offering our Mk5 for FFR (MKIII-MKIV) owner as an aluminum body kit for FFR from February up. Thats means you are able to swap your Plastic body to an aluminum one. Can be happen that we can do this offer to other brands too but this is future for now.
No worry, no down payment needed. You will be able to pick it up and pay at site.We will have them in stock. They will be sold like first come first go.
I think we are clear here. The MK5 can be seen over our live cams or at our website Alloycars Porsche 550 Spyder aluminum replica / Kit Cars
I forgot: We are open to objective suggestions to make our product better but I think we have to do this in an other threat .

Tom,
Quite a number of us on this forum have become very skeptical of claims made here. There are plenty of threads that contain bad information and lies.
Here is a thread where a guy claims he is a partial owner of a car. The car clearly has a bogus title and serial number. We advise him to get a lawyer before selling. And guess what later, he admits that he doesn't really own the car... Replica or real? [help request from Switzerland and Italy]
So you will have to excuse us for being skeptical, but there are good reasons why we have gotten that way.
You could take the high road, ignore mrmustang, and just make meaningful informative posts that contain NO insults to anyone, no matter how annoying you might find some of the members here.

best idea ever since this thread has been opened. But i think we can do this a little bit quicker. If you have some guys who can show up in west palm beach in january 11th, at the "supercar week" show were we are present with some cars we are building. Or getting a reporter...publicity...i like this idea a lot. If you can indicate one just let me know or send him whenever you want. Thank you for your fantastic idea.
But, there is a rumor here that florida people are not welcome to the rest of the usa clubcobra forum. Maybe sometimes someone explain it to me because i dont get it

That may be the way laws work in your former country but according to the digital millennium copyright act simply copying a photo from the Internet and applying for a "trademark" doesn't make it yours. First of all learn what a Trademark actually is, you would be applying for a copyright. Even if the original photographer doesn't file, they still own the copyright to the photo. By your company using then attempting to Trademark it makes you the thief in this instance. I know both Mr. Mustang and Greg M (owner of one of the many pictures you've stolen) and this is not a case of so and so knows so and so. Give it up. This is a losing battle you're facing.

I don't know... they were just trying to make a buck and, after all, these cars pretty much all look the same anyway, and a picture's just a picture, and most of can't tell the difference between aluminum and plastic without a magnet anyway (a magnet does work for that, doesn't it?). So, I say we welcome Alloycars in to the fold and just let bygones be bygones. After all, it's almost Christmas Eve. Where's that Holiday spirit?

Hi 1ntCobra
I didnt know about this skeptics here in this forum and I was not aware that there are fraud cars can be sold over this forum as there are so many members at any little place in the country who quickly can check out anything...isnt this one of the idea of this forum...to get informed? Maybe I am too blue eyed.
I know that there were a lot of Cobra replica companies here in FL which cheap quality but so far I didnt met none of them as we arent interested in Fiberglass cars.
By the way, sorry for the expression "plastic" cars. In fact my first Cobra was a Contemporary Cobra which I bought in German and it was my holly Grale.
I just take it sometimes too personal, sorry. But I am not a Florida racist. I love Fort Lauderdale. 75 degrees now

Well no wonder I haven't been able to tell the difference between aluminum and plastic Cobras, I've been using the wrong test! Well, if I could make that mistake, surely the Alloycars guys could be forgiven for their little transgression....

Well silly me going to the US PTO (patent and trademark office) when I could have just waltzed down to the bank and had a notary "trademark" my IP!
Boy, I never fail to be amazed at what I learn here!
Happy Festivus to all.....the airing of the grievances will commence shortly............

Tom, you've extended an invite to anyone who wants to see your work at 'Super Car Week' in West Palm Beach Super Car Week | Palm Beach, Florida's Supercar Showcase It's up to any doubters to have a rep show up (if they can't make it themselves), to see what Alloy Cars is all about. I would hope that they give you the benefit of doubt regarding legitimacy unless proved otherwise. Merry Christmas to you and the Alloy Car staff.

This just gets better and better. I have to stop reading this thread for a while. I'm actually starting to almost feel sorry for Tom. He stepped in a bear trap and can't quite figure out how to get it off his foot.....
I'm starting to wonder if Patrick is getting a good case of "Stockholm syndrome"......
Carry on with your carrying on.....

Patrick, you need the super-double-secret divining rod to tell the difference. Probably on Ebay or someplace in Florida
