To whom it matters:
Do you really think I need credibility. I think there are some guys who need to wake up and go to reality. I need nothing to proof and why I should?
Arrogance? Yes, for sure to those are such imbecile doubting a successful 20 year in business owner is coming up with profitable news.
There were made mistakes...but this is business and there will be mistakes in the futures. Its up to you how to learn from.
- How I do my business is NOT you concern.
- How I advertise is NOT your concern.
- How I build a prototype is NOT your concern.
- What I am selling to who is NOT your concern.
- If you dont believe what we have done in the past means it is a lack of YOUR knowledge. I dont care.
- What I do with my employees is NOT your concern.
And the best of all for those who were attacking us and talk negative about something without any knowledge......You gave us the best free advertising ever as real customers are going to search the truth between bla bla bla and reality.
We are going toward with our actual aluminum Roadster project accepting critic and useful information from club members who like about our idea.
For misleading club members.....who cares about what you mean?

Yes, but this is the whole story about. I dont need to promise nothing as we are already established. There is and will be a next project, but this is not what we are talking about here. I am talking about fake misleading members hiding behind avatars. No face, no guts, no glory....
I see people here didnt get it yet so lets make it very clear for ones:
I give a crap about sales. I do what I love as I can afford it. I dont need money so stop crying about customers.
I never stop doing projects and we do extreme replicas for customers who can afford to pay for and want absolute exclusivity.
If you want one....ask....honestly...and maybe we do it for you. Thats the way it works.
If I have a new project like the FFR aluminum body you can take advantage from it....for me its a project only. I will sell them and I sell them only if I want too...not if YOU want to have one.
I am proud to say that I have the most satisfied customers today and our books are full. I accept critics, from people who know what they are talking about. But this is the only thing I accept and yes, I have a very rude character.
Is that clear enough?

I love this thread, but what a train wreck.
Having said that, I don't see any advantage to buying an alloy Cobra from this company in Florida than buying one from that fine wonderful company in Utah.

Agree, so dont. I guess that you dont have a lack of money for not seeing the advantage. So why you are still driving a fiberglass car?

No, you did not build the whole car - you were not even involved in the development. You were hired to build the chassis (not your plans) and the body. Doing what you do best - hammer.
Maintaining and MISLEADING false information. Do you think it is very helpful to call me names? If you think (not your thing anyway), you can provoke a foul mouth from me - you are, as usual, mistaken.
You are very ignorant, look at my posts in this thread - I was trying to help you guys and point out your mistakes. But NO, I'M INGO AND STOMP AS LONG I WILL. Plenty of guys tried to help you and see a good idea flourish.
Your little light gets dimmer and dimmer. You will manage to get banned from this forum and then you can take the biggest hammer in your shop and bang away- nobody will hear that.....
PS: Just google ALLOYCARS....
PSS: Don't pretend you don't care -- you are still posting - do you?

I must ask...
Do you conduct yourself like this on the Porsche Club of America site? Or are you even allowed on it anymore...

So you are implying that the panels are hammer/stretch formed like the Kirkham panels? [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBX8u8gVik4[/ame]
I started to do some panel beating and english wheel stuff recently, but I can hardly believe it is possible or economical to do such a large panel in one piece.
If you don't mind, could you please post some additional pictures? I'm not saying it can't be done, however I can barely believe it makes sense in terms of saving of time. Usually if a panel gets too large it will be easier to make out of several smaller pieces that are welded together.

I don't own a "fiberglass car," but thank you for displaying your lack of the obvious. If you were able to figure out the obvious, then you would notice that my Cobra is a Kirkham Cobra. And Kirkham Cobras are aluminum.

Hi, I dont mind.
We are not using the English wheel. To use it you have to split the body in many parts and fabricate them individualy. After this you have to weld them together.
We developed our own special tooling....which for sure will generate unbelievable speculations on this forum...but what matters are the results.

Are you kidding? The PCA doesn't allow replica Porsches to be marketed anywhere, whether online on pca.org or Panorama, their monthly mag.

Kirkham are the finest Cobras so far for me. A really nice craftsmanship what you can be proud about.

So:
If Ozzie owned the cars in 2010, and they were built before 2007, are they still in your shop? If so that would be practically zero inventory turn in something like 8 years.
Is Ozzie also Ingo? Also Tom? And then who is the mystery guy Seven7 "Carlos" who made appearances here:
What's the demand like or interest for aluminum cobra body's

if anyone is interested to see aluminum body cobras built live. go here

There are enough personalities here. We could be looking at another Sybil

Once again, I'll state it like G-Pete, as a paraphrase from Major Winchester on M*A*S*H, "As simply and succintly as possible":
Have one of your customers come here and post one picture with any vehicle you have completed and sold.
Until then, these are all vapor ware.
