Looks like an unfinished MKII. Needs TLC for sure. Is that tape holding the DS footbox together? Trunk misaligned (or warped?) w/ no trunk latch. Took a hit on the snout.

Being new around here, is this typical what one gets for $22k? Seems like there can be much better cars had in the $25k range.
