Default Will this car work as a donor?
Does anyone make a cobra kit that will accept the running gear from a 1994-1997...4.6 or 5.4L Ford Thunderbird as a donor ?

The only one that I know of that comes close is Factory Five, though there may be some parts they need that can't be used from the T-Bird. Probably best to check with the Factory Five group on CC or, better yet, on the FF Forums (Roadster)
