Cobra Registry
Morning all,
Someone mentioned to me that there is a Cobra Registry that after signing up they send you a plaque with your registry number stamped into it. Has anyone ever heard of such a site and if so what is the address.
Thanks,
Joe

Cobra Make, Engine: Don't think I'll be getting a Cobra for a long time... Do have '94 RX-7 R2.

I think when the latest edition of the Shelby American Automobile Club Cobra/GT40 Registry was published in 2008, there was a special leather edition that you could pay extra for which included a plaque.

Joe,
For what Cobra brand?
Also, who told you that?

I have the leather edition of the registry mentioned above and there is a small plaque with it that says it is # 112 out of 250.

I dont know who it was Bill, it was just mentioned in passing. Mine is a 100% scratch build by the previous owner, so I quess they do not qualify.

Just like with the old game "telephone", I'm thinking the current story is not anything like when it was first told.
