Damn! It could be my car's cousin! Well...maybe the distant cousin that did a lot better in life!

if 3-3-5-6 saw the picture of your car, she would be a bit jealous. I'm not, I like Brunettes.

$1mil for that 3000 series...almost seems like someone is trying to set the bar for future sales.

BTW I'm married to a brunette. That ain't my wife in the pic!

That's below what several have sold for recently, so it's actually lowering the bar.

Which makes things interesting I guess with the roll-out of the new/old 3000's.

I am sure the changes to the car did not help its value. Not sure this car is setting high or a low. 3356 was a street car and now an S/C.
It's a restored car, nicely done but to me the conversion with battery in trunk, reproduction Motolita steering wheel and the alloy body changes probably hurt its value a bit.

Keeping in mind 2011 sold strong, I feel mainly because it was stitched together with little overall change.

The steering wheel must be changed!

My thoughts for what it's worth.

Yeah! Who wants a used one when you can get a new one that has been sitting in a warehouse for 50 years?

But Ned,
Don't they say as soon as you roll out from the dealership in a new car it loses its value?
