I like this plot twist; pick on Joe and his lack of a car/street cred. In fact, if you look at Joe's first couple of posts on this forum, he has a bicycle as his daily driver. So here's a guy that is riding a bicycle, picking on Evan. If you look at his posts, he has spent virtually his entire life on this forum just picking on others, yet he has nothing to show for himself. Methinks thou protest to much.

Joe, you got no street cred bro. You got nothin' on Evan. Even New York Guy has more street cred than you.

Both tires are flat Joe. Your daily driver has flat tires? Hmm. I smell a rat.

My daily bicycle is a Cannondale and my other two Central Park race bicycles cost more than my Leaf.

Maybe, they took air about every three days. But 20c tires on a carpet can look that way, I don't remember if they were low or not at the time. If you smell a rat it's likely true, the rat's ass that could care less what you think

Yeah, they go from expensive to ridiculous these days, my local bike shop has a $20K something that weighs nothing. I picked up a fixed gear Schindelhauer and am turning it into a belt drive automatic 2-speed for century rides

Finding mine in Bianchi Celeste green was no easy feat, skateboard helmet - good enough!

Well that explains a lot.. Guess I wasn't that far off as far as him living in the basement at his parents house. Evan has definitely taken over his brain !!

Bianchi brand was my dream bike as a teen, especially with Campy parts.
The company fell off the map, mainly steel frames lost out to alum, titanium, carbon.

U know this goes back to my original dream of an old school 60s V8 hotrod. Simple. No
Computers. Just combustion, gas and haul ass.

Same as bicycles, lots of riders in my age group are going back to old school steel frames and italian brands.
Well that s it for bikes...

No! Please, keep the bike talk going. It's way better than real replica genuine. Let's talk about Leafs. Let's talk about hemorrhoids. Geez, anything is better than real replica genuine.

Campy stuff is cool, particularly the classic components, you could see the workmanship and clean styling. They lost something with the next gen components, Shimano Dura Ace seems to be just as popular if not more. Intermission over ...

Sounds like some of you weren't read into what this STICKY is all about? Jamo made this thread a sticky to confine the overly zealous to one area and let them have at it with the replica vs. real war. This IS the designated CC dumpster for that discussion, everyone here is a dumpster diver, got it! No crybabies allowed, if you can't take it grab your tonka toys from the sand box and beat it.

Back to regular scheduled programming, what the hell are some of you going to do when the Registry kicks your ass out on the street?

Mine too.
Daily is a cannondale evo high mod, and Sunday beast is a BMC slr01.

...and please. Don't tar me with the same brush as Joe just bc we ride a bike to commute. I much prefer to hang out with NYG given the option.
