Great looking ride Scott. You're going to have a lot of personal satisfaction from that decision. Like 1795 commented above, the roll bar needs some attention. It is not just the idea of banging your head into it.

When we first get these cars we are at one of the high risk points in the ownership cycle. We reach another one after we've had the car for a while and start to take it for granted.

In either scenario the situation we are at most risk for personal injury in, is the upside down scenario. You want your roll bar to be above your head not the other way around.

You hope you will never need it, but if you do, there is absolutely no substitute — especially if you have shoulder harnesses. You can always replace car parts, not so much with body parts.

Amazing what a little elbow grease and paint can do.

That is looking really good. And those are the same type of wqheels that I had on my Cobra which I sold.

Whoever painted the car did some great body prep before painting, Scott. Look at the image in your rear fender it is like a mirror — glassy smooth.

Looking real nice.

It's fairly slick. A few stress cracks here and there. Things I can work on later. Not perfect, but I'm well pleased with the car.

Is it painted or gel coat? Most CMC's were gel coat.
