It has a California VIN that should be traceable. She looks like she is water damaged. Body/ door gaps are bad. They did not even try to clean her for auction..............I would run away.......There are many fine Cobras available with records.

Early West Coast Cobra.
The rollbar
Rear fender shape
&
Center fuel fill are the "tells".........
Personally, I'd walk away, unless of course you want it strictly as a static display at your home or business

After seeing the pictures and reading the other posts about this car, I would take Bill's advise. There is something bad wrong with it.

Something not right for sure. I believe the CA VIN is something assigned by our DMV when no other proof of VIN is available. Similar to if you built your own trailer from scratch.
As far as condition, there are plenty of high-end cars abandoned every day in the UAE that end up at auction. They just sit and collect dust and the elements.
I have heard that one reason is owners fleeing from debt.
Just check this out...

I've hung out in Dubai quite a bit.
I've seen those luxury cars. Trust me, they are all "kits" by the time they get sold at auction. Their best use is to be stripped for the non-perishable parts.

Could that be an early Kellison Stallion (forerunner to the WCC)? While it does have the full-width roll bar and centre-mounted filler cap, it doesn't have the engine compartment trim panels or the fiberglass that supports them, nor does it have the forward mounted interior door release handles / triggers. The dash looks to me like someone attempted to replace the original dash with something more period-correct - 'attempted' being the key word. I also notice the rear fenders are 'perkier' than those on my WCC, which drop more toward the rear.
OTOH, I've never seen either a Kellison Stallion or a West Coast Cobra with the battery mounted high and behind the engine.

That boot badge (and associated stripe painting) would do my head in.
