Actually, the holes are 1/4 inch. The bolts are probably .190s. Still more than adequate.

Well keep in mind it needs to hold up to all the rocks -

Right Jeff? BTW, I'm really enjoying the T10 you helped me source - Thanks again!

Well nobody is throwing rocks yet!
In New England they sand and salt roads all winter because of the weather.
Plowing tears up roads and creates HUGE potholes.
In the spring it becomes airborn in spots.
Takes DPW till August or more to clean up then we start all over again.
Dreadful

I hope Pete doesn't mind, but I finally figured how to get the drawing, and the other pictures he provided me to help me figure this out, into a post, so here we go.

I hope they all make sense. The picture of the underside of Pete's hood shows the four connection points, and how ERA does things. I had to modify the size of the insert, and create a way to mount it to my hood. Once I get it finished, I'll post a picture of my solution. Thanks again Pete. Would have never figured this one out on my own!

Someone's been drilling extra holes. We only use the 1/2" pattern.

I am the second owner, so I assume the first owner drilled some extra holes. I removed the plate because I like the open look. It seems that numerous variations find their way into replicas, just like originals. Thanks Bob.
