Shock/Spring rates ?

Looking for shock and spring rates for original style suspension/frame (CSX, Kirkham, HiTech, etc).Using FE engine, fiberglass body..
What would front and rear compressed and extended shock length be? Shock body length?
What front and rear spring rates with FE engine?
