FE Engine - Installing main bearing

Hi guys,
I need to replace the main bearing on my FE engine. Is there any tutorial or manual available....? Did you ever do this by yourself ? I would Need the torque specs too.......

Stephan, I would log on here: 332-428 Ford FE Engine Forum and post your question. The guys there will lead you through it, teach you short cuts that you can't find in the books, and hold your hand the whole way.
