Unbelievable Bad Trucking service
For those shipping items from place to place, the Estes trucking is horrible.
Tires from Tennessee to Michigan - 3 days to leave and get to MI, then they sat for a week. After that, they sold the shipping off to someone else.
How do these companies stay in business with service like that?
I figured I'd share this with you all so you might have something to consider should you have to ship something.

Unions. Teamsters has to be the worst, except for all the rest.
Ontrac may be worse. They have contract drivers who have a tough time with the English language.

You shipped via a freight delivery service, not a package delivery service like UPS. I've had freight take 2-3 weeks as the shipments get consolodated. I consider you got what you paid for.

I am looking at getting a set wheel from north east to Texas. Who do you recommend?

UPS or Fedex are the safest bet, add tracking in either case.

The thing is I've used estes freight and they were great. Just not overnight. But wheels fall into the ups FedEx realm. But they have weight and size calculations that generally make it better to ship each unit on a separate box. I got tires from tire rack that were bare except for s taped on label.

Maybe try another freight company, I've used Central Freight in the past for large items and have been very pleased.
Central Freight Lines, Inc.

Greyhound is great too, if you are near one of their bus depots.
