Default Backdraft wiper motor replacement

I have a Backdraft and need to replace the wiper motor. Has anyone done this, and how? What is it attached to?

Steve, what it takes also is a bit of patience. Very fixable but take it step by step. Get the wire out of the way, remove the arms and be glad you're a midget. (no offense to the politically correct)
