TiernanEM thank you for doing this. The original EM experience was first class. It's a shame the new ownership has taken the company and EM name in a different direction. I have heard it was a difficult start with the new ownership but hopefully they can recover. They have a successful product: The design, engineering quality, and finish product was truly solid.
