Default 427 Bellhousing/clutch fork set up

Hi
I am looking for identification information on what particular bellhousing, clutch fork, slave cylinder/bracket set up was originally used on the 427. I am setting up a scratch build 427 with 4 speed top loader and have picked up a Ford C5AA-6394-A bell housing. I have read, but have been unable to confirm, that the C4AZ-7515-A clutch fork was used. That fork is a difficult fork to find and only appears to be used on the 1964 427 Galaxy with top loader.
The bell housing previously mentioned shows as a 1965-67 427 part. I am assuming that SA would have used Ford parts in their set up..but again haven't been able to confirm.
In researching I have read a lot of posts using the Quick Time, Lakewood bell housings. They all seem to come with their issues but haven't read anyone using the Ford bell housing. Regarding the bell housing set up the issue comes with clutch fork/frame clearance issues and slave cylinder mounting....hence my initial question.
Thanks in advance
Cory

Hi Cory,
Did you manage to get your setup sorted out? I am trying exactly what you were attempting and wonder if your came right.

Sort of like feet after the clutch explosion we thought would never happen ...

Yup, that looks looks like the parts that I've got.

Do you have a photo where the lot is all assembled? I would like to know why there is a raised boss/spacer on the slave cylinder mounting plate and confirm where the z-stiffener bracket bolts on to.

Thanks
