4m x .7 x 4-5mm screw supplier
Anyone have a supplier for 4m with .7 pitch, maybe 4-5mm screws for the convertible top to windscreen "C" brackets?
M4-0.7 X 5mm only
Thanks in advance
Bill S.
PS: I believe the above is the correct size, if not, please let me know.

I don't know if you have one but for stuff like this I go to McFadden-Dale here in Vegas... Similar industrial hardware outlets are around...

Bill,
Check out Fastenal. They have stores nationwide. You may need to cut length depending the screw style you need. We buy a lot of product from these guys for my business. They’re fast and reliable.

I was there yesterday, they didn't have anything close, and wanted me to buy a box of stainless 10MM long units for $147.68 so I could cut down just 1. Thanks, but no thanks.

Generally we must manually trim the screws that we get with the windshield hardware. It's Jack's Special Talent.

HTTPS://hardwareincnola.com has massive inventory and will custom make hardware, bolts with custom grip length for example.
They have local stores we have one here in OKC I use.
They are aircraft industry suppliers along with lots of other product.
Maybe yes, maybe no, give it a try.

How about contacting someone that does the windshields? I'd call Gessford (their parts place)... They sell the windshield frames and have those screws. They may not have the length you want but can probably point you to the source.

I may, or may not have to deal with a coating on the head. Wire brush wheel on a drill will take care of that along with an overnight soak in Coke.
