It was down for quite a while. It would be academically interesting to know why so we don't let it happen to us. Was it the provider? Hardware failure? Database corruption?

It still isn't up and runnning like it used to. Pages load very slowly and the site is still quite slow to initially load. Seems like maybe a hardware and or old software issue.

I don't see that here. I'm in Vegas. It's the same as it always was. Fairly crisp. But it could be the path routing to the server has changed.

Yes, it is slow, slow, slow! It was acting slow just before it crashed/went down, as well, so maybe it is not fully back up, or is on the verge of another crash???
