I would find a quality image of the AC logo - copy it into a PDF - resize it to the correct size and get a Gel badge printed - in South Africa it cost me less than a dollar per badge for a print lot of 10 badges per sheet.

For the AC badge you could tell the badge maker to print the white part in chrome.
