..."vertically challenged"

Man I'm damn glad that I'm 5'5" and wouldn't fit that decscription - I've always loved dealing with bullies throwing a cheap shot...

Ah, the self righteous and of course the non-vertically challenged lacking any snappy little bits of repartee...

Let me be crystal clear Cranky - bite me...

Great Asp
--------------dyno-mite, thanks

Creeper
----------- everything you have seen have been done by special effects. The cars never exceeded 25mph. Sound, smoke, spectators all added by our video artists. Go have a donut,
things will get better.

Jamo
--------thought that was you outside the bedroom window last night. Couldn't find the little blue
pill.

Cranky
----------back to the kitchen, keep working on that soufle receipe. I know it's a ***** when they
crash down. I have faith, you'll get it right and be able to keep it up.

Default Pat's Burnout and fallout

[quote]Originally posted by RACER X #99

Cranky,
Actually, I've noticed for the last couple of years that it is becoming standard procedure for many of the NASCAR Winston Cup level race winners to do "this kind of crap" to celebrate their victory. Granted these burn-outs are on the track after the cool down/victory laps and the other drivers are off the track, but the do-nuts in the infield area grass between the track and the pits are not. Heaven forbid that a celebration do-nut gets out of control and a pit crew gets tagged.

AS FOR REAL RACERS.....I'm pretty sure you championed the cause of NASCAR drivers in the IRL/CART vs NASCAR real racers/racing debate. However, I did not do a search to review that subject.

I am personally not against burnouts or do-nuts, but I usually refrain to extend tire life and keep from breaking something expensive. I am a lot wilder with our 5 hp go-cart here on the farm. I don't like the NASCAR trend towards post-race burn-outs and do-nuts to celebrate a victory. I always secretly hope they blow up the engine and have to push their car to victory lane!

A couple of months ago I posted a link to an anti-NASCAR web site. Some folks got upset, others saw the humor in the site. I appologized to those who were upset.

So what the heck does this have to do with this thread?

Nothing other than: if NASCAR gets mentioned in a thread, then the thread must end.

That's it folks, no more posts in this thread, nobody post here anymore; NASCAR has been mentioned.

Fini, over, done ... the overweight member of the dis-staff gender has sung.

I gotta wiegh in, I was an Atlanta Firefighter and have been on hundreds of MVA's(was assigned to Rescue 9 with I-75/ I-85/ I-20 & I-285 in our territory) with a heck of alot of dead and dismembered folks, but I still love burnouts. I won't ride a motorcycle anymore, but I still love burnouts.

I think the unknown burnout driver was Chris (aka xcesive) - at least it look like him in the second run.

Pat, shame on you, Turk, shame on you too.

OK I'm done.

Hey Jerk-off!

Your claim to be a racer is a disservice to anyone who has really raced.

You wouldn't know what real racing was if it bit your big ass!

Bite me you freak!

Why don't you crawl back to that hole you call a forum and go swear some more. Maybe you'll feel better.

Talking Good Morning

You've done so much reading that you've reached the end of the internet. There's nothing left to see here. We hope you have enjoyed your stay, and that you will come back soon.

To proceed with your life, please follow these 3 steps:
1. Try another thread.
2. Turn off your computer. Don't forget to log off first.
3. Go outside. Breathe the fresh air. Let your eyes readjust to the sunlight. Get reacquainted with your family and friends. Go drive your car.

hey turk,
I sure would like to know the outfit that insures your car for 78k at $165 for six months, or is it $165 per month. If it is $165 per six months you could become rich, acting as a broker and charge a slight commision fee

Unhappy HUH?

Hey, anyone want to see the 2 mile long string of Cobras? (not asking you Cranky, the Cobras were not "racing", no need to show the video to you! ) )

Let me know!

Eric

Anyone notice how much faster my car got to the red line before Turks?

Thumbs up

Ron,
Excellent Post...now watch out for those short folks, I'm married to one that will change the octaves of your voice with her purse without warning as she turns abruptly while in front of you...or she'll take your knees out with a brick, which is a whole other story of equal humor.

Creeper thanks for electing Hillary!

Dan,
Why don't you tell us about the time she took two bricks and waited for the right opportunity to to have the right part of your anatomy in place and slammed the two bricks against each other with one smooth motion. Whap!

Did that hurt?

Cool

Good Morning Ron (Computerworks),

Can I come out of the corner now? I promise to be real good and not antagonize Cranky and/or encourage Pat to be naughty.

It's been a long time-out and I'm pretty sure I can now play with the other kids.

Seriously, I appreciate your email and the job you are doing as a moderator. Just thought I'd give you a little poke.

Turk,
That didn't hurt, you just have to remember to keep your thumbs from between the bricks!
