Is there a song?
Is there a song, that when you hear it, be it in your Dodge Caravan , Ford pickup or golfcart, that causes you to increase your speed to about twenty MPH over the posted speed?
For me it's the Traveling Wilburys - End of the Line.
I could get my golfcart up to about 30 mph listening to that song.
I posted this knowing full well that it may sound a little gay but I'm willing to take that chance.(i think)

Not only do I increase the speed... I also increase the volume! - Ironman and Crazy Train by Ozzy Ozbourne
- Money for Nothing by Dire Straights (the opening rif is awesome)
- Almost anything by AC/DC, especially Thunderstruck
- Ride of the Valkeries by Wagner (okay, you never really hear that on the radio, but the effect is still the same)
I could go on and on...

I was arrested, cuffed, transported and booked for listening to the long version of Stranglehold by terrible Ted Nugent in my 71 Roadrunner. Just my luck to be racing a 442 at the time. The cop couldn't see the license for the tire smoke.......the custom paint gave me away. I copped to 15 over and paid the lawyer gladly. The fuzz didn't show up for the 442's hearing so he skated.

In addition to the tunes already listed:
1812 Overture (a.k.a. Lone Ranger Theme)
Darn near anything by ZZ Top.
Beach Boys Little Duce Coupe and Fun, Fun, Fun.
Couple of tunes done by Vanessa Mae (but including them would be a little to esorteric).

Beach Boys "I get around". More specifically, when they sing the line:
"We always take my car 'cause it's never been beat..."
'Nuff said.

If I am not mistaken, the Lone Ranger Theme is the William Tell Overture (by Rossini) not the 1812 Overture (by Tchaikovsky). Both of course are great pieces. For Classical pieces I would agree with Ride Of The Valkyries or perhaps Carmina Burana.
How about Fade to Black by the Stones.

How about Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit or Guns 'n' Roses' Paradise City ......... no? ....... Maybe I'm too young for this one.
Seriously I agree with most of whats been listed and also would throw in some like Nazereth's Hair of the Dog or Foghat's Slow Ride.
