The reserve price of $15,950 is more than I would want to pay for that car. It does not have the smooth lines and curves with the taut seductiveness of a true Cobra or Cobra replica. I should not be called a Shelby Cobra. That is a sacrilege.

I'm kinda speechless... Not sure what I saw....
Let me get this right.... I send them a late model high performance Mustang, plus $16K, and they send me that back.
I'm gonna send them a car and money and then they're gonna send me back that.... Sorry, am I repeating myself???

"Live and let live...
...." while I normally subscribe to the "whatever floats your boat" theory, this cries out for justice. Where are the taste police when you need them?
Zimmer has built "Mustangs with an erection" for many years as my friend at Ford engineering whio was forced to work with them some years ago said and they managed to add a couple of feet to a Pontiac Fiero, this is the pits! When a local limo company brought a Florida built Zimmer Golden Spirit into our dealership in the 80's for work we discovered why the power Recaro drivers seat (probably required for the high cornering forces) wasn't working....the ground wire was a 14 gauge wire with a couple inches stripped that was wound around the sill plate retaining screw!
The scary part is that they think someone will buy one, scarier than Saddam is that somebody with more money than taste will buy one. And several years from now it will be on eBay as a "Rare Shelby Cobra.....
Whn I am made Grand Supreme World Dictator and All Seeing Head Poobah I will outlaw such stuff.

Actually, this was an accident....
No, really...it seems that a Trinidadian 3/4 scale Cobra was partially completed and stored in the owner's back yard. A early-model Mustang which had been stolen by some rash youts, missed a turn and, upon crashijng through the backyard fence, became "mated" with the aforementioned CCobra. The GOOD things is that with this...ummm..masterpiece, the lamentable California Ace (or was that "Comfortable Foryerass"?) is now off the #1 spot on the "Let's Kill It Before It Multiplies" list.

We have all heard that a camel is a horse designed by a committee, well I think this is a pony designed by an idiot or a blind person.
I love Mustangs and I love Cobras but this is one ugly half breed.

HMMMMMMM........That IS BUTT UGLY....This from the guy that owns a Classic Roadster that has an XKE nose......How about your honest opinion [I can take it] on the car I gave a home?
It's got a balanced and blueprinted 350 Chevy, with all the goodies, Richmond Gear 4 speed, and Ford 8.8 rear end.....The tilt nose makes it a dream to work on, and it goes like lightning!
photo did'nt take, I'll try again...

As someone who lives in Syracuse I would like to wholeheartedly apologize for the bastardized mustang/cobra that you have just witnessed.I am profoundly embarrased that I am forced to deal with such an abomination with only my second post but I feel it is my duty to speek for the people of central New York and say that we do not understand how this guy has actually been able to make a living building the ridiculously overpriced pieces of junk that he has been putting together for a number of years now.
again i am sorry!
Dan
p.s. I also apologize to anyone unfortunate enough to watch
Our football team attempt to play this year.

Just proves there are more 'orse's arses than 'orses when it comes to building cars. Zimmer has been proving that for years. What's really bad is some 'orse's arse will buy the thing and think he's got something special.
Just chase him off if he's dumb enough to show up at a Cobra event. Don't even be polite....just say,"GET THAT POS OUT OF HERE!!!!"
Gotta go get a mint....even talking about the nasty thing gave me a bad taste in my mouth!!

Jagubra---wait, I thought I had heard "Jagubra" before...
.....and I think it was a suggested PETA solution for painfully-lactating jungle cats in zoos....
HEY! before you guys jump all over my mule for the worst pun in the World's History...think! Doesn't a car which combines a mustang with a cobra (i.e. the aesthetic felony which started this whole mess) deserve such PUNishment? Not you Jagubra---I can look at YOUR car without horkin' up my brex biscuits!
