What's Your Daily Driver?
Do most Cobra owners drive Fords or Lincolns as their daily driver?
I have a Corvette and my daily driver is a Chevy Monte Carlo SS. It's not because I don't like Fords but because I have a good friend that's a Chevy dealer.
My first car was a 55 T-Bird with a 392 Chrysler Hemi back in 1966. It had 4 stromberg 97's and would waste a 427 Vette or a 396 Chevelle back then. I ran the 1/4 in the 10.60's but never won an elimination because I drove it to and from the track. I had my fun in the time trials and on the street.
T-Bird
By the way, I don't know this Corvette Man that has been mentioned in another thread.

Well I drove a 69 camaro for two years, daily. Then the 67 chevelle SS 396 which I drove forever and still own. Then the weird one. Up until two years ago, I drove a 1953 Willy's aeroace sedan as my daily driver. You just don't see those around. Now it's a more responsible and servicable vehicle for the commute, not nearly as fun.

'02 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro, Sport Package. Before that a blown and nitrous-injected 5.0 Mustang--my first daily driver with a/c. Before that a '66 427 'Vette with 4-speed, no p/s, no p/b, black leather--not the best car for driving in Texas in summer in a suit. Before that a '70 Z/28, also no a/c, black interior...

My "parts car" is a '94 Altima. With it's dark plum red color, it's a good stealth vehicle.

Honestly I never looked at what DRAGON drove before I replied, but I do love the sound those Z-06's make, assolutly goregous...I almost took one off the line the other day. He realized he needed to goose it to keep up and laid a 30 ' patch of rubber doing so RIGHT next to me. I pulled away and he blew past me in 2nd like I was standing still...would friggin' love to hear one of those with open headers.....GAWWWDDDDD.

I've got a 1994 first Generation Lightning. Ported and shaved heads, custom exhaust. Has run a best of 13.87 @ 97.62 mph. It's a blast and a ton of fun ( actually 2 1/2 tons ) in the curves too. Took a new Z4 the other day. The look on the guys face as I stayed with him in a hard left/right turn was hillarious.
