Any recommendations? Is the Harbor Freight variety ok? What weight rating do you recommend?

Get the kind with four legs, not three. No such thing as too much capacity rating either.

Is anyone aware of a company that makes an engine stand or dolly for a 428 that will bolt to the motor mount bosses on the block rather than the traditional bellhousing mount?

There's an FE engine stand/dolly on ebay right now.

Bolts to the motor mounts. Can come with wheels (optional).
