Can anyone recommend some good companies to ship from the US to England?

Try Raybeck Shipping-they advertise in 'Classic American' which you can pick up from WH Smiths. They will handle everything from door to door.

Ricks Classic transport has gotten good recomendations on the CC. and he' pays fora banner here so he can't be that bad
