Default BB is best

Other than the fact that it costs a little more, an aluminum BB motor is better than a SB motor in every way without question.

(Can you tell that it's raining again and I am bored).

Lew - Your profile doesn't show that you have a Cobra, so I assume that you are trying to convince yourself that a big block will be the best choice for your car in the future. I urge you to get help if there is still time!

Bumpster:

You are right, I need to change my profile. KMP on the way. I was working on 2 and a half hours sleep and feeling cooped up b/c of the rain so I was feeling a little ornery. I hadn't seen any good flames in a while. I feel better now.

I guess a term such "A LITTLE" is open to interpretation, last time I checked an aluminum 427 costs significantly more than a small block

I agreed wholeheartedly. ... Oops. I thought this was a thread about BB King. Nevermind.

Default Half right

You are only half right. A big block is best, so long as it is a Chevy
