how can you title as a 2002 as a 1966?
How can you title a 2002 as a 1966. The MSO may say 66 but it has a "specially constructed" note. This tips off the state liscence people. Does Alabama have a lost title program?

,,,,oh the tangled web we weave.
All states have some kind of "lost title" program. You have to GET a title before you can "loose" one.
