Here in the great Northwest, rain is just another day. We do try to get out in the snow at least once a year though.

Rain, what Rain? I live in Arizona, we just overheat! should be 116 by Thursday. Last weekend at the track it was 160 deg on the surface at 3:00pm! (this is our winter, we just stay inside) However, during the winter months we wear shorts when we drive!
Later,
Brian

With my hardtop, I drive rain or shine. I have driven several trips of several hundred miles already in rainy conditions.
When it starts raining, I hope that is rains alot then stops. Light rain just causes the oil on the roads to float and my back tire want to hydoplain. Standing puddles are also not good. But regualr rain just washes off the road and leads to leaks. I prefer dry roads, but I will drive the Cobra in rain if needed. When I plan to drive my Cobra, I am not going to sit around, postpone my trip, and wait for the rain to stop.

The only thing I worry about is ingesting all that water through the scoop since the intake is sealed to the hood. (Like it rains here anyway)

Gary,
I thought you were planning on moving to the very sunny Phoenix area?
We finally had a spot of rain, well just a trace after 100 days.

In Oregon and Washington.........
We watch carefully for So Cal plates, they don't know how to drive in the rain.
With the 88.6 days it isn't raining up here(12.3 of that it's snowing) we just deal with it.
What scares me is it has begun to rain rocks up in Washington, I hope it does't catch on down here.
Scott S
ps.. we have gone 28 days with no rain here, no wonder the cobra is no where near road worthy.......

I put on my waterproof pink bunny-suit and just drive the sucka. Sometimes I have a problem with my bunny feet being too wide, and inadvertantly hit the accelerator pedal instead of the brakes! Pretty funny site to witness with my big fat bunny-head whipping back and forth with lit stogey butts igniting bunny fur on my lap.

If it rains I stay in the garage and play under the hood. When its sunney I take the car out to see what I screwed up under the hood.

Rain?
If it's raining, I Zaino it and sit in it and make noises by vibrating my lips and going, "Vroom, vrrrrooooooooom".
If it's sunny I Zaino it and sit in it and make the same noises.
You see, I don't have an engine yet and my options are really quite limited.
The good thing............when I finally get the engine, it WILL be the shiniest car in mid-Michigan.

When the bunny suit is at the dry cleaners, the only other alternative when it's raining, is to roll around in the fresh dark oil stains in my driveway and chant, "I wish I had some aligator poop to throw at my neighbor!"

Hi all,
She thinks I am a little silly.
So I drive it in the rain anyway.
Just go fast and it flys over the top. Don't stop at lights or you will get wet.
Great steering and handling practice time also.
Cheers
Bernie
