i have found that my Holley can sometimes flood, so i went to brass floats, they have a longer "arm" than the Nitrophil ones, so they exert a tad more leaverage to turn off the needlejet.
You might also recheck your float level, you would think something like that would be a set and forget, but for some reason, every now and then, mine is off a bit. But the brass floats do let me run my 7.4 psi fuel pressure without any problems.
