To whom it may concern
I have it on good authority that powder coated Kirkham frames are fairly resistant to rust, salt spray, rock chipping, etc. However recent events now point to a particular suseptability to Gashole. All Gashole user are hearby directed to surrender their cars to the author of this post at a time and place of his choosing. (Love talking about myself in third person). I will be glad to put in a good word to David re: Stainless Steel Kirkham's. (cars)! Penalties for failure to comply are secret, but brief, unintentional, exposure to these penalties have reportedly resulted in a civil disturbance in the Seattle area, details to follow.

David I am sure your are aware that Southern California is the center of the sportscar/supercar/hotrod universe. If you need to properly advertise these wonderful new ideas just ship a car to me in San Diego with all the latest goodies and I promise to put at least 1000 miles a week on it. Since I am so impressed with quality of the work your company does I won't even charge you for the gas.
Ok Ok no thank yous are necessary. I'm just that nice of a guy

David & TC,
I'm doing well, unbelievably busy though. Thanks for the kind words.
I'm going to make a Provo run when I get home next, maybe November. The wife and kids will understand....well maybe Provo first, then home...

Okay Dave,
Are there any 'discounts' for Club members? Did I miss this post?
I look at mine and look at these pictures and wonder how much overtime I have to put in to make this happen.
Way to nice to ignor.
Cowtown has a point, they are very fun to drive.
Just a question.

Gents:
We do our best to make sure the club members are happy and they have nice cars. We also have taken some strange things in trade over the years. I guess anything is possible. Invariably, the club members are the first to know about anything we do.
U-2
See you in November. We have some really cool updates for your car.

Stainless is currently planned as an option for all of our cars.

David, when one gives you an underhand pitch, it is considered bad form to line drive it back to the mound.

TC:
I will tell them to slow down on my engine, there is no need to hurry. I am sending my brand new, untouched, KMP back to Provo to have them paint the frame shiny silver. It shoud return back to GA after rust-proofing in about a month, so SA can put my motor on the back burner for a couple of weeks.

In my experience with stainless steel, whenever it comes in contact with something else, like a bolt going through it that is not stainless, it gets rust marks on it, like it itself is rusting. So, are there gonna be stainless nuts and bolts, welds, etc., also? Or, not relevant.
By the way, with the black out in Long Island, and Computerworks off line now, we ought to start some thread about the girls from Hooters Restaurant, or, something!

Brett, there is a company called "Totally Stainless"(as I recall?) that specializes in stainless fasteners.
TC, when Lew's car gets to SA, we need to make a run down there to see if it has any spares we can cull.

SFCJ:
You are right, "totallystainless.com" They hooked me up with some really cool 12-point hardware for a custom bike I was building. They have a great selection. And keep yer grubby mits off my car, at least until I see it.

Oh man...more grafatti in my shop
Brett, actually the stainless is not rusting, what you are normally seeing is a stain from the "normal" steel rusting and staining the stainless. The stain will come right off with a little polish, scotch brite, etc.
I have to admit, the comment about Ron and Hooters was so funny I almost fell out of my chair.

Slightly OT, but I noticed on your site that 6 piston Wilwood Winston Cup calipers are offered as an option. Are they much of an improvement over the 4 piston calipers? How much for the upgrade?
