Whoa, what a way to eliminate a lot of explaining. I want a couple Large-size shirts. What are the options, such as color, no stripes, etc., or is it "what you see is what you get"? Send more info and you've made a sale regardless.

If you did make a shirt with some of the responses I had, I doubt I would wear it! 
A kinder, gentler, more PC approach like you took is, in general, I think a better solution. Just having a little fun with the whole idea!

Hi Steve:
I have been selling these t-shirts for over a month at Cruises etc.. What I found out is that you have to be very generic with the message and the car otherwise you open yourself to a lot of resentment if you exclude other factory-built replica owners. Which is why my car is a coarse screen in black.
So far I have done very well with this design. I started this thread a couple days ago and already sold 10 shirts off of it so far. Good luck with yours.

Thanks. How well do they sell at cruises, etc...? I understand what you are saying about being very generic, but when I initially designed the shirt, it was actually aimed at a different forum, which is meant for FFR owners. It used that forums logo on the front, and that is why I used the FFR term on the back, because I was only marketing at the time to that forum. It really did well. At last count, we've sold over 200 of them. And damn, have my wife and I learned lessons about packing, shipping, ordering, etc... It has worked out very well though.
But as you said, I don't want to exclude anyone, so I'm now changing the design by removing the "FFR" so it will now just say "65 Roadster" and apply to all Cobra owners. I love all the Cobra makes and don't want to leave anyone out, but it just so happened that I made the shirt originally for a specific forum aimed at specific owners. Now I want to bring it here too.
